Iron Soldiers Coffee Company: The M29 Weasel

Small yet mighty, The M29 Weasel is a tribute to the versatile workhorse that played a crucial role in World War II. Just like its namesake—an amphibious, tracked vehicle that braved sand, snow, and water to get the job done—this Light Roast blend is a powerful yet smooth companion to any coffee mission.

Crafted from the finest beans sourced from Central America and Africa, The M29 Weasel delivers a sweet, vibrant flavor that stands strong on its own. Whether brewed directly into your favorite cup or crafted into a sweet, full-bodied espresso, this blend captures the essence of a time when precision, determination, and resilience defined every mission. The blend's natural sweetness is its hallmark, offering a light yet flavorful experience that mirrors the adaptability and strength of the M29 Weasel itself.

Brew a cup of The M29 Weasel and experience a coffee that’s as reliable and enduring as the legendary vehicle it honors. Packaged in vintage WWII-inspired design, this specialty-grade coffee is more than just a beverage—it’s a salute to the heroes who got the job done, no matter the terrain.

Iron Soldiers Coffee Company: Small in size, great in flavor—built for the toughest missions.

Course Grind

Course Grind is larger particles, similar to small breadcrumbs. The size allows the water to interact more slowly with the coffee, resulting in a robust and full-bodied cup, often with lower acidity.

The best use for this grind is French Press, Pour Overs such as Clever Dripper and Chemex.

Extremely Course Ground similar to rough sand, is perfect for cold brew, enabling a slow and gentle extraction over time, leading to a smooth, less acidic, and highly refreshing cold coffee.

Standard Grind

Medium grinds, akin to granulated sugar, suit drip coffee makers that most people have at home or Siphon (Vacuum Pot), striking a balance between extraction and clarity. This is the most common grind and labeled Standard Grind.

Espresso Grind

Fine grinds (Espresso), resembling table salt, are essential, promoting rapid water interaction and yielding a concentrated, rich brew. Turkish coffee demands an extra-fine grind, akin to powdered sugar, creating a thick, intense concoction through prolonged steeping.

It maximizes surface area during the prolonged boiling process, resulting in an intensely flavorful and thick brew

Whole Bean

Keeping coffee beans whole and grinding them just before brewing offers several benefits that contribute to a better coffee experience
