Grown in the rich soils of Piura and Amazonas, Peru, this coffee pays tribute to the heroes who fought for freedom with each sip, offering a smooth, balanced cup with notes of salted caramel, silky sweetness, and a burst of citrus.

Sourced from the high-altitude regions of Peru, between 1,100 and 1,700 meters, Peru is cultivated in clay-rich soils by dedicated farmers who carefully nurture the beans to perfection. A blend of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties, the beans undergo a fully washed and sun-dried process, resulting in a coffee that is both rich and vibrant, with a tasting profile that mirrors the strength and perseverance of the WWII generation.

With its complex flavors and smooth finish, Peru delivers a cup that is as enduring as the heroes it honors. Packaged in vintage 1940s military-inspired design, this coffee is more than just a drink—it’s a tribute to the men and women who faced adversity with unshakable resolve and brought victory to the world.

Course Grind

Course Grind is larger particles, similar to small breadcrumbs. The size allows the water to interact more slowly with the coffee, resulting in a robust and full-bodied cup, often with lower acidity.

The best use for this grind is French Press, Pour Overs such as Clever Dripper and Chemex.

Extremely Course Ground similar to rough sand, is perfect for cold brew, enabling a slow and gentle extraction over time, leading to a smooth, less acidic, and highly refreshing cold coffee.

Standard Grind

Medium grinds, akin to granulated sugar, suit drip coffee makers that most people have at home or Siphon (Vacuum Pot), striking a balance between extraction and clarity. This is the most common grind and labeled Standard Grind.

Espresso Grind

Fine grinds (Espresso), resembling table salt, are essential, promoting rapid water interaction and yielding a concentrated, rich brew. Turkish coffee demands an extra-fine grind, akin to powdered sugar, creating a thick, intense concoction through prolonged steeping.
